Deenah Noor
Deenah joined the PCGS in July of 2024, working as a part of the administration team.
Her role includes registering patients to the service, ensuring that all risk is flagged and escalated to the appropriate people, booking patients in for their initial patient assessment with one of our mental health nurses and ensuring that the proper documentation is added to the correct patients’ files, and that everything is handled with care.
Deenah monitors the mainline phone and ensures that all patients feel welcome and safe in beginning treatment with our service. As well as supporting her colleagues within the service with admin related tasks.
In Deenah’s time at the service, she has learnt so much about we can offer holistic care to our patients, and how gambling harms can affect those suffering and those around them in many ways.
