Louis Fallen
My name is Louis and I have worked in a variety of non clinical roles within General Practice. Through my work I have gained a better understanding of patients physical, psychological and social needs and the importance of confidentiality and effective communication.
I have recently joined the Primary Care Gambling Service (PCGS) team as an administrator and will be the first point of contact for service users. I aim to put people at ease by ensuring that I offer them a secure and confidential first point of contact . My role is to assist in supporting and signposting service users to the most appropriate services and treatments.
