Tushana Nelson

Tushana joined the PCGS in February of 2025, working as a part of the administration team. 

Her role includes registering patients to the service, booking patients in for their initial patient assessment with one of our mental health nurses, handling all documentation appropriately and crucially escalating any risks that are flagged to the appropriate colleague(s). 

Alongside her admin colleagues, Tushana helps to monitor the mainline phone and ensures that all patients feel comfortable as well as safe in beginning treatment with our service. 

Tushana previously had administrative experience at a different branch within the Hurley Group however while here she has learned further about the plethora of care offered to our patients, the effects of this addiction but most importantly how people can overcome and feel personally fulfilled when gamble safe.
